In this lesson you'll learn how to lean into self-compassion to ease the pain of loss. Often times our mental process can add layers of judgment or the thought of what you "should" be feeling can prevent you from accepting your authentic process and resisting "what is". Release the surface layers and cultivate compassion for yourself as you are moving through this complex and revelatory phase of your life.
Grief can't be processed through the mind alone and it needs to move through the heart and body, so it can be fully felt and expressed. Become curious about the ways you might be avoiding grief and not allowing it to pass through you in an embodied way.
In this lesson you'll learn how to build resilience by identifying inner and outer resources you can lean into to move through this phase of your life. Remember you don't have to do this alone.
